Unfortunately there are no postponements under any circumstances. However, refunds are available until the 30th of April minus a 25 % administration charge. There are no refunds after the 1st of May. In order to qualify for a refund, you need to provide official proof that one of the riders in your team cannot take part in La Leyenda for a reason that occurred AFTER you had registered.
To claim a refund please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following subject, CANCELLATION REFUND and include the following documents:
- A clear explanation for your cancellation
- Official documents as proof of the reason, eg medical document if injury
- Official document from your bank with your bank account details, including your IBAN and SWIFT number
Yes, you can transfer your registration to another rider who you must find. There will be no administration fee for this, however transfer of funds between the two parties for the registration is not the responsibility of La Leyenda organisation.
You must send an email to email@example.com before 24:00 April 30th, 2017 to get a refund for which you will be charged a 25 % administration fee. In order to transfer your registration you must also contact firstname.lastname@example.org so we can arrange for the new racer to complete the online registration form. You will need to arrange for the transfer of funds privately.
